- 300gm of fresh Cockle Mushroom / Cendawan Tiram Segar
- 100gm of Brocolli / Brokoli
- 1 Tbsp of Vege Cooking Oil / Olive Oil / Minyak Masak
- 1 Tbsp of Fine Grind Pepper / Lada Hitam Kisar
- 2 Tbsp of Black Soy Sauce / Kicap Pekat Masin
- 4 Cloves of Garlic / Bawang Putih
- 2 Inch Ginger / Halia
- 1 Tsp of Corn Flour / Tepung Jagung
- 200ml water / Air
- 2 Tsp Salt / Garam
Preparing the Ingredient/Penyedian Bahan2

- Clean and wash mushroom of dirt / Bersihkan Cendawan
- Cut Broccoli in chunky shape / Potong Brokoli
- Grind & Blend Garlic, Ginger and fine pepper with 100ml of water / Kisar bawang putih,halia dan lada hitam dengan 100ml air
- Mix corn flour with a bit of water / Gaul tepung jagung dengan air
How to cook it?/Cara Memasak
12 minutes
- In a pre heat wok, add in cooking oil / Panaskan kuali masukan minyak masak
- Pour in slowly the grind/blended ingredient and stir mix / Masukan bahan yg dikisar dan kacau rata
- Add in the balance of water and the Black Soy Sauce / Masukan air lebihan dan kicap pekat masin
- Add in the salt and the pre mix cornflour and stir until sign of thickening of the gravy./ Masukan gaulan tepung jagung untuk memekatkan sos
- Add in Broccoli let’s simmer for another 4 minutes/ Masukan brokoli kacau 4 minit
- Add in the mushroom and stir gently to cook for another 3 minutes / Masukan Cendawan dan biarkan mendidih selama 3 minit
