KAFFIR LIME LEAF


Kaffir Lime Leaves are a popular ingredient in South East Asian cooking, such as Indonesian, Lao and Thai. They grow in pairs and have an intense flavour of citrus. Add one Kaffir Lime Leaf to Jasmine rice before steaming to give it a citrus taste or stir leaves through laksa or stirfrys towards the end of cooking.
